Personalized mint tins as a wedding favor?

What is your opinion on having personalized mint tins as a wedding favor?

I was thinking I'd wrap the tin in tulle, tie it with a cute ribbon, and put one at everyone's place setting.

What do you think? Any suggestions?

I think it's a good idea, then they will have mints for after the meal. If you're doing a wedding on a budget just keep in mind that people don't usually remember the wedding favor.
