help my problem of wedding dress?

I ordered my dress online (actually, my mother did) Well we custom measurement for R cannot return the dress. My mother forgot to put in 3 extra inches to my shoes, in fact, clothing, without shoes is not exactly the length of the floor. Thus when I got the dress was beautiful, but is short in the shoes of its length, as the ankle. I need some advice. I do not know what to do.
